These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Epic Entertainment’s websites, consultation, and sweepstakes/casino software solutions (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility & Authority
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and be legally able to form a binding contract. If you are using the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that entity.

We source, configure, and support compliant sweepstakes/casino software from trusted third-party developers. Services may include:
- White-label websites and player management tools
- Payments and gateway integrations (as permitted)
- Agent/commission networks and reporting
- Onboarding, training, and operational guidance
Important: Epic Entertainment is not a gambling operator. We distribute and support software solutions. Clients are responsible for ensuring their operations comply with all applicable laws.
4. Accounts & Accuracy
When you submit forms or create accounts you agree to provide accurate, complete information and to promptly update it. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials issued to you and for all activity under your account.
5. License & Acceptable Use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code
- Resell, sublicense, or share access except as permitted in writing
- Upload malicious code, disrupt networks, or bypass security
- Use branding, trademarks, or content without prior written consent
6. Legal Compliance
You agree to operate any business using our software in accordance with all local, state, federal, and international regulations (including sweepstakes, promotional, tax, and consumer laws). You are solely responsible for obtaining licenses, age-verification, and KYC where required.
7. Payments, Credits & Refunds
- Fees for set-up, credits, platform subscriptions, or professional services are due as invoiced.
- Unless expressly stated, all sales are final. Refunds are considered only in cases of duplicate payment or confirmed platform fault.
- Credits have no cash value and are non-redeemable outside of the platform rules.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, documentation, and software made available through the Services are owned by Epic Entertainment or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
9. Disclaimers & Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EPIC ENTERTAINMENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Epic Entertainment, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or costs arising out of your use of the Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.
12. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access, in whole or part, immediately and without liability if you breach these Terms, engage in unlawful activity, or pose a security risk. Upon termination, licenses granted herein immediately cease.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Texas for disputes not subject to arbitration.
At our discretion, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration body. Each party bears its own costs unless otherwise awarded.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
